What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product I received?

My PC won’t turn on. Who do I contact for Technical Issues?

All you need to do is call us on 888-493-9783! All technology products sold by us come with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty. Having said that, we are committed to giving our customers a complete product experience. Hence, we focus primarily on excellent after sales support to enhance the overall purchase experience. We will assist you by connecting you with the manufacturer and helping claim warranty and guide/assist you every step of the way until your issue is resolved.

If I want a custom configuration that is not available on your site, what should I do?

Please contact us right away by calling us at 888-493-9783. Here at Tech Warehouse, and we’ll not only quote you for what you need but also provide expert advice on specifications you may need depending on your application of use.

Would you ship an order prior to payment?

At this time, we can only ship your order once 100% of the  payment has been received.

How soon does the order ship after payment?

We ship all orders received (payment approved) before 3PM EST on the same business day. Any orders received after 3PM EST ship out on the following business day. Once the order is shipped a tracking number is automatically emailed to you.

What carriers do you use to ship laptops?

We use either UPS or FedEx at this time. All items are shipped with signature confirmation, and are insured to your doorstep. For more information, please see our shipping policy section.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do now?

Despite extensive packaging, if your order still arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We would then ask you for images of the damaged box and/or item, to enable us to begin processing either a return and full refund of the item or a replacement per your preference.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be applicable for all orders placed through this web site. Please proceed to checkout to see the sales tax rate applicable for your state or county.

Could you expedite shipping for my laptop order?

We can, at request, expedite shipping if viable. Please contact us directly or call us at 888-493-9783. We can then provide all available options to best suit your needs.

Can I reactivate an order that has been voided or cancelled?

No, you will have to re-order online.

Why do item(s) have a quantity limit restriction? When can I order more?

Some promotional or sales item(s) may have quantity limits and will be mentioned on the item page, to ensure a broader base of customers can take advantage of our discounts. There will be a 24 to 48 hour cool down period before more can be purchased.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We’ve been in the tech industry since 2008 and what we excel at above all is not just our aptitude in this industry but our attitude towards our customers. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the United States at this time. You must have a physical US street address for us to accept and process your order. Tech Warehouse does not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

Would you accept our order if we had an international billing address but a US shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international transactions at this time. Your credit card or bank account must have a US billing address and be tied to a US bank account for us to accept and process your order.

Can you install more RAM, or an additional SSD or HDD for me befoare sending me a laptop?

Cachet Works strictly do not modify any products or open the seal in any way per manufacturer guidelines. Please get in touch with us for custom specifications to check if your preferred SKU is available with the desired manufacturer.

Can I add more RAM or change parts once i purchase a laptop from Tech Warehouse Inc.?

Please be advised, it is against manufacturer policy and terms to modify the product in any way. Doing so will void any manufacturer warranty associated with that item, it will also disallow us to provide the value added support we provide.
