SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Handling rates:
The price of shipping is determined by these variables:

• Weight of shipment
• Type of shipping method selected (Ground, Air, Truck, etc)

We ship all orders received (Payment cleared) before 3PM EST on the same business day, and ones received after 3PM EST on the following business day, once the order is shipped a tracking number is automatically emailed to you.

Processing/Handling Time:

Once our Order Processing department receives an order (post payment receipt), all details are checked meticulously to ensure that the order is correct, the payment has processed, and all shipping details are factored in along with special instructions if any. Once all of these prerequisites are met, the order is forwarded to our warehouse which will proceed with shipping. We ship the item as soon as the same day or NO later than 24 hours after we receive payment confirmation. We would then send you tracking info without fail once the item is shipped.

Shipping Methods:

• STANDARD SHIPPING: 2 – 5 business days once shipped
• EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 1 – 2 business days once shipped

We use either FedEx or UPS at this time.

Signature Requirement

All items are shipped with signature confirmation and are insured to your doorstep. If you are unavailable to accept or sign for the package FedEx and UPS give you up to three days before the package is held at a local UPS center, at that time, you are eligible to pick it up with a valid government issued ID.

Overnight Shipping

We do offer overnight shipping via UPS or FedEx. Please select the appropriate option during checkout and we’ll be sure to expedite your order seamlessly.

Shipping Damage

We insure all packages shipped from our location to your doorstep. We encourage customers to look at the exterior shipping box before signing for the shipment and if there is damage to the exterior shipping box, inform the delivery person and request them to make a note on your shipment. Review the item inside the shipping box to ensure there was no damage to the product. In case you witness any sign of damage, please contact us at [email protected]

• All shipping damage must be reported within 3 days once received.
• Please provide detailed pictures of the damage(s), pictures of the outer box from all angles (with the shipping label clearly visible), and pictures of the inner packaging and materials.
• Allow for the package to be physically inspected within 3 business days of the delivery date.

We encourage customers to not return the item until Tech Warehouse LLC has filed a damage claim with the original shipping carrier, in order prevent it from being treated as a customer-caused damage leading to minimum 15% or more restocking fee based on the extent of the damage(s).
